Thank you for shopping with Orivana & Co. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on:
- Weekends
- Public holidays
- During unforeseen delays or high-order periods
You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship across South Africa.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Main cities & urban areas: 7–12 business days
- Outlying or rural areas: 9–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Public holidays
- Incorrect delivery information
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package size and weight
- Courier rates
Promotional free shipping offers may apply from time to time.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information from the courier service where available.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their parcel once shipped.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your delivery details are correct before completing your order.
Orivana & Co is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Failed deliveries due to incomplete information
- Additional shipping fees caused by address corrections
7. Delayed or Lost Parcels
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in communicating with the courier. However, Orivana & Co cannot guarantee courier delivery times once the parcel has been handed over.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the package and products
- Provide your order number
We will investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or resolution where applicable.
9. Order Collection Refusal
If a package is refused or not collected and returned to us:
- Shipping fees may be deducted from any refund issued
- Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order
